| 31 December, 2007 - Motorcycle Police: Going Electric | On both sides of the pond, Police forces are starting to test the Vectrix electric scooter for their officers.
No CO2 emissions, cleaner, cheaper, and a lot quieter (so they can sneak up on you), we'll see what the results are after 6 months.
One advantage though, not only do the electric scoots have the speed and range, if they run out of power while chasing you, they can't nip into a gas station and tank up...

| 31 December, 2007 - Pizza Delivery At The Dakar 2008 | Frenchman, and twice 450 category winner of the Dakar rally, David Fretigne will not exactly be bringing pizzas to the contestants, but he'll be making sure that everyone knows the name of his sponsor.
His sponsor is the French, but international, gourmet pizza joint; La Boite A Pizza. For €120,000, David will become a pizza delivery boy...

| 31 December, 2007 - Site Under Attack! Sorry | At times this site is going to be very difficult to access (since Christmas). That's because some ass-wipe psychopath has decided to flood the site with comment spam.
With bursts of 10,000 comment spams, it slows down the server. This takes about 30 minutes, and then a couple of hours later, they try again.
Of course our excellent built-in anti-spam mechanism works fine, so nothing is stored or displayed, but it remains very frustrating. Sorry...
