#Ducati - That Ducati makes some of the sexiest and sleekest supersports motorcycle is a given, and they know a thing or two about how to make great video.

Here's a video about their top-of-the-line sports motorcycle, the Ducati 1199 Panigale R, featuring none other than MotoGP riders Nicky Hayden and Ben Spies.

On top of that, the video was shot on the brand new Austin, Texas race circuit, The Circuit Of The Americas (COTA). So you get to see the incredible Panigale, two famous & cool MotoGP racers and the new circuit, all in one video. The only thing better is being there...

#Ducati - Here's your chance of a nice mini holiday. Ducati are organizing the "Ducati Dream Tours", a guided tour on the Italian motorcycle. The tour starts on Friday with a visit of the Ducati factory and museum, and a lunch at the factory. You leave your luggage at the factory.

After the lunch, the participants pick up their preferred Ducati motorcycle and participate in a guided ride through the fabulous Bologna area. Mountains, twisting roads, forests ... a perfect ride through the "Moto Valley". Your destination is the Monte del Re hotel in Dozza, where your luggage will have been transferred to. After check-in and relaxation you'll be having a nice dinner...........

At the current Dutch motorcycle exhibition, the Utrecht MOTORbeurs, the Dutch Ducati dealer Affetto Ducati, presented a special off-road version of a Ducati Monster.

Some 230 hours of customization was done to make the 1000cc Monster off-road capable for a customer who is going to race it in the Timbuktu Rally. If you're interested, the motorcycle will cost you €16,000.

Kids are fun, especially babies, since you can dress them anyway you want without them complaining. You may like motorcycles, but maybe they don't, but then, they don't have a say in the matter.

So here's a present for Christmas you can give your baby (or a baby from someone else) that will please you (I don't think the baby will care). It's a baby's pyjama from Ducati...........

Apple's iPad has become a successful publishing platform for newspapers, magazines and books. Many motorcycle magazines have now got an iPad version, and slowly but surely motorcycle manufacturers are starting to get into the game (though I'm still waiting for the manufacturer who releases iPad/Tablet specific motorcycle manuals).

Ducati have got an electric magazine, for free, that you can download and read on your iPad. The magazine, also available in print, is called "Ducati The Red Line Magazine".

The glossy magazine is full of photos of your beloved motorcycles, but in addition to the print version, this one has videos. This edition you'll find an interview with Troy Bayliss, MotoGP, Superbike and the Diavel........

If in a country where luxury is the norm, with Ferrari roller coasters, artificial snow skiing, man made islands and some of the most luxury hotels known to mankind, it's no wonder they would open a Ducati Cafe in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In fact, you have to wonder why it took so long.

Last Friday, May 25th, none other than Ducati MotoGP star Nicky Hayden was on hands to open the luxury cafe. The coffee shop is strategically located in the famous and luxurious Dubai Mall.

#Ducati - Here's a TV commercial that reminds me a lot of the Honda car advertisement featuring a car that is assembled in fast motion from all sorts of parts. Except this ad is in reverse; the motorcycle is stripped of its parts to become part of a hair-do.

The ad is for Taft (hair products), an Italian subsidiary of Henkel/Schwarzkopf, for a competition involving Ducati. The motorcycle in question s a beautiful Ducati Monster. Not bad the ad.

RM Auctions are going to have a ball in Monaco. On May 11th, they will be auctioning off the Carlo Saltarelli collection of Ducati motorcycles. Saltarelli was a Ducati motorcycle tester and a big Ducati dealer. His private collection includes many vintage bikes (some 100 bikes), including several Ducati Scramblers, a GT Police Bike and even a 1947 Ducati Cucciolo 48 and a 1950 Ducati 60.

Going through the on-line catalog is an event on its own, so if you have some time on your hands, head on over. It's the only thing that will not cost you any money.

Apart from the Saltarelli collection going under the hammer, Ducati is also bringing in for auction the race bikes used by Casey Stoner, Ducati Desmosedici GP10 « CS1 » (the world championship bike with 4232 km on the counter), and last year's Ducati Desmosedici GP11 « VR2 » of Valentino Rossi (the bike has only 2342 km done).
