The Alps (specially the Dolomites) is biker paradise ! Where else can you find so many roads ideally suited for motorcycles. You can spend days, if not weeks, touring the Alps, going from pass to pass, col to col. And you're not going to be alone ! 10,000's of other motorcycles can be found on these roads.

But when evening comes, you'll want to find a fine hotel that will not only take care of your tired bones, but also provide a certain degree of comfort for your motorcycle....So here's a web site (MotorRad-Hotel.com ) that groups five hotels in the Dolomite area. Some of the hotel pages are in English, some are not. So here's a quick summary:

Sporthotel Weisseespitze

This hotel offers three levels of service; "Goldwing" - hotel rooms with free access to fitness area (sauna, massage and steam rooms) at 59 Euros/Night, "Harley Davidson" - Camping with your own tents and half-board, plus access to fitness area (above) at 34.50 Euros/Night and "Touren Freak" - Just camping service at 9.50 Euros/Night. All services include parking your motorcycle in the hotel garage.

Hotel Enzian

Enzian offer a complete "take care of your bike" garage, with covered motorcycle parking, pressure hoses for cleaning and even a lift ramp to fix your motorcycle. For the tired biker, they offer a fitness center with sauna and massage, steam room and a swimming pool. Their rates are from 40 to 66 Euros/Night (half board), but they also offer complete Biker Packages.

Maria-Theresia Hotel

This hotel offers spacious rooms equipped like suites. They range from small 40 square meter rooms to spacious 80 m2 with up to 6 beds. Prices range from 27 up to 51 Euros/Night. They also offer a fitness center, including a sauna, an internet corner, and a 9 seat bus in case the weather is bad. For your motorcycle, they offer cleaning sets for the bike, oil for the chain and they can organize tires and spare parts.

Hotel Mondschein

Hotel Mondschein's main claim is their restaurant (although they do offer fitness center with sauna and massage). Prices range from 42 to 62 Euros/Night for half board. They also have covered motorcycle parking.

Here's a web site that you can't really get much information from, specially when nothing is in English. Their rooms range from 44 to 49 Euros/Night. As with the other hotels, they offer sauna and massage.
