The famous Scottish actor, Ewan McGregor (Star Wars, Big Fish and many more movies), has announced that he is planning an around the world motorcycle trip.
McGregor is a passionate motorcyclist, owning several motorcycles (Click here for his Motorbiker.org record).
He is planning to take the ride together with fellow English actor Charley Boorman ({link} son of John Boorman). They plan to ride through Europe, Poland, Slovakia, the Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, China, Eastern Siberia, Alaska and Canada, totalling 20,000 miles.
He has received a book deal worth 1 million £ for writing about this adventure. Somehow I don't think they'll go camping.. ;-)
