I've already shown some scary uniformed motorcyclists in this series, but this one is as scary as they get. The photo was taken on the 28th during riots in Santa Domingo, Dominican Republic.
The police officer is shooting his pistol to disperse demonstrators (unions, students and other organizations) who are on a two day strike due to the Dominican Republic's worst economic crisis in decades.
