Scooters TV - A First ? 1 February 2006   File under  Web Scooters   Author: Mike Werner   Location: Normandy, France To our knowledge Steve Guzman at TheScooterScoop.com is first in motorcycle related news/blog websites who has bypassed the now popular PODcasts and gone straight to video-casts. Steve has produced his first "TV" show, a 20 minutes broadcast, which can be viewed or downloaded. Unfortunately, for us viewers in many parts of the world, we can not see his broadcast !
