Biker Billy, also known as Billy Hufnagle, is a biker turned chef, or chef turned biker. He has several books that deal with cooking for motorcyclists.
The "Biker Billy Cooks With Fire" is a cookbook that almost anyone can follow. Don't expect soufflés, foie gras or any other haute cuisine, but do expect recipes that you can actually use at a barbecue or at a cook-out, or just simply at home.
In this book, Billy use a lot of spicy peppers. He actually describes in detail all sorts of different peppers and their effects.
So if you want to make a Spanakopita Diablo, or Peppered Pirogi, or just Stuffed Shells from Hell, this is the book for you.
And remember guys, it's not only the ladies that can cook !!
