The New Straits Times of Malaysia reports that an army of volunteers armed with 80,000 reflective stickers are placing the decals on the license plates of motorcycles in the Klang Valley in Malaysia.
Studies there show that 17% of accidents happen at night in the Klang Valley (appropriate name  ). So the authorities hope by placing reflective decals, cars will be able to avoid motorcycles better at night, and not rear-end them.
