Looks Like a Good Things is Turning in to a Bad Thing ! 20 February 2003   File under  News Opinion Travel   Author: Mike Werner   Location: Paris, France The London congestion charge thing was too good to be true for us bikers. Bikers were exempt of the tax, but now it seems there's some flak arriving from groups that want to charge bikers !!! Revolution is in order here. Their claim is that inexperienced bikers are going to go on the road on two wheels just to escape the congestion charge. No really ?? Who would have thought of that ??? Not a bad idea.
