Ever fancy riding on Europe's great motorcycle racing circuits ?? Ever want to try speeding in the curves like Rossi ?? Well, here's your chance. Belgium organization "Bikers Days" organizes throughout the year several events at Europe's most prestigious racing circuits, allowing you to ride at these circuits on your own motorcycle. You can ride at - Catalunya, Spain,
- Pau-Arnos, France
- Magny-Cours, France,
- Dijon-Prenois, France
- Nurburgring, Germany,
- Spa-Francorchamps, Belgium
- Mugello, Italy
The organizers have put safety first. When you come and ride your motorcycle at one of the circuit events, there will be a technical scrutinizing, briefing, and there will be safety cars, track marshals and medical emergency staff at hand. At their website, you will find all the dates and cost. There's also a nifty video of one a run on the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. Your motorcycle will need a couple of minor modifications before you are allowed to enter the circuits. People are separated into amateurs, experienced and professional riders. If you're not comfortable to ride one of these circuits due to a lack of experience, the organizers also have a "Biker School" held at Belgium's Spa-Francorchamps race track. Held by professional trainers and motorcycle racers, the one day course is held throughout the year. Two experience levels are available. Learn how to ride one of Europe's most beautiful circuits. And finally, the same organizers hold the annual "Bikers Classic" on 1-3 July 2005. Former stars of motorcycle racing, such as Ubbiali, Read, Surtees, Taveri, Spencer, Schwantz, Mamola, Andersson, Masetti, de Vries, Sarron and Bryans have attended this event held at Spa-Francorchamps. Click here to access the Biker Days website (for all three events).
