French oil and lubricant supplier, Elf, have a website which is a mine of information for motorcycle riders and owners. Elf are well known for their efforts in the racing world, and have gathered a lot of information on the proper use and maintenance of your precious motorcycle.
They have a special website dedicated to motorcycles. The site has downloadable maintenance tip sheets (PDF format), or direct readable pages for air filters, chain, brakes, checking, cleaning, electricity etc.
Of course they advise you to use their products, but what the heck, they are the top products anyway.
Or you can find tips on buying motorcycle equipment like helmets and clothing. You can also find a large safety tips section.
There's even a very comprehensive glossary of motorcycle jargon.
All-in-all, this site is very useful to beginners and veteran motorcycle riders. It's in several languages (English, French, Italian, Spanish).
