Here's a world I never knew existed. The world of Pocket Motorcycles!!

Pocket Bikes are miniature, fully functioning, motorcycles!

These mini motorcycles have 25 cc, or even 50 cc engines and can reach speeds of around 20-30 miles per hour.

Often these mini-motorcycles are replicas of existing motorcycles.

They are not meant to be kids toys, but more grown-up kids toys!

Several companies worldwide offer a wide selection of these toys:

This California based company makes replicas of Harley-Davidson (and other) motorcycles.

They have three main models, including one racing motorcycle (which looks a lot like a Ducati).

Each model has different color and other customization options.

Chinese manufacturer Zhejiang TYCO also produces a PocketBike.

This mini-motorcycle is a racing model, consisting of a 2-stroke 50 cc engine capable of 55 kilometers per hour.

Blata

Blata

Czech manufacturer Blata produces mini-racing motorcycles. Their line-up consists of several different race bikes, from their own originals
to retro motorcycles.

The American distributor's web site even lists the racing circuits were you can race your Blata motorcycle. Click here to access their web site.

I've noticed that there are a lot more manufacturers around there. One of these days, I'll produce a list of most of them. It's an interesting product, but with my 1.92 meters I'd say I'm a bit too big...
