Here's a brand I've never heard of this side of the pond; Axio. I was reading Laim's MotoGP blog where he announced that Axio is sponsoring the Ducati Pramac D'antin MotoGP Team {link}.
Curious as I am, I followed his link and discovered these really nice sets of hard-shelled back packs designed specially for motorcycle riders (and also tank and rear bags).
I'm a sucker for good luggage, specially on motorcycles. I often need to go on assignment on my motorcycle, and need to carry cameras and computer, and usually end up placing them on my back. And often, I'm worried that if I go down, that my 1,000's of dollars worth of gear will survive (forget about me... my gear is expensive).
The Axio hardpack gear is aerodynamic and the outside is a tough polycarbonate hard-shell. The interior is removable and changeable, depending on what you plan to carry.
They have many different models, ranging from bigger units to mini sized bagpacks, all meant for motorcycles.
