And in Europe (or the USA) we think we have problems with the authorities and with other drivers. In Nigeria, it would appear things have gotten so bad with traffic that people are being sent for psychiatry evaluation!!
Of the 608 motorists that were caught driving against the traffic, 1 person was found to be legally insane, and 20 obviously had a room temperature IQ making it a bit difficult for them to understand the rules of the road. 66 of these drivers were commercial drivers (ie truck and delivery drivers), and 12 were government car drivers !
The solution to these problems after long debates and committees and lunches;- establish traffic training schools !! What a novel idea... ;-)
