UK Denies BMW C1 Riders to Ride Without Helmet |

The United Kingdom High Court has ruled the Mr. Peter Parker, a BMW C1 motorcycle/scooter rider who was caught riding on his C1 without a helmet can be prosecuted! This despite the fact that 90% of European countries have exempted BMW C1 riders from having to wear helmets due to the fact that the C1 is a cage with protectors all around.
Extensive tests have been conducted throughout Europe proving that the C1 is very safe for riders in case of an accident, and that, since the rider is attached to the C1 with a double seat-belt, the rider will never be ejected and thereby will never need a helmet !
But despite all that, the High Court has decided to prosecute Parker....... Pathetic !!
