They should stop all politicians from messing with bikers! First the Americans want to kill off all US bikers (Blog 13May2003), now the Swiss want to do similar but in a different form.
The Swiss government is proposing to limit all motorcycles to 80 kph maximum speed by installing limiters on the motorcycles !!! The one thing that can save a biker is sudden acceleration and speed. Can you imagine what it'll be like on the motorways at 80 kph (slower than most trucks).......
So the Swiss are going to French way and have organized a massive biker protest. Some 20,000 bikers are expected this weekend. I hope it works for them, since this "killing off bikers" might start to spread to other countries......
