Most of the 32 adventure riders who disappeared in the Algerian Sahara seem to have been freed by the Algerian Army. Last week, 17 were freed after a raid on the camp were the terrorists were holding them. Now, after another raid, 15 have been released. It is not yet known if there have been casualties.
The 32 were riding motorcycles and four-wheel drives in separate groups in the Sahara when they either stumbled on terrorist training camps, or were sought out and kidnapped. The nationalities were Dutch, German, Swedish, Austrian and Swiss.

Maybe I can finally go to Africa and do my Paris-Cape Town ride..........
