I've written quite a lot about motorcycle tours in exotic places in Asia, Africa and South America, but right under my own nose, in my own back garden, is a nice motorcycle touring company.
Named Moto Masala, this French outfit organize motorcycle tours of Normandy on Ural sidecar or Royal Enfield Bullet motorcycles.
You can tour the Normandy WWII invasion beaches, while following Moto Masala's roadbooks. Your choice how long you want the tour to be, between 3 days or a week. You'll be staying in nice prebooked B&B's along the way (or you can make your own way).
Other tours and itineraries are available.
Or, you can just rent the motorcycles and buy one of their roadbooks and do your own discovery.

Prices are reasonable. Renting an Enfield starts at €110/day, a Ural sidecar starts at €130/day.
