One of the first bilateral agreements have been signed between France and Luxembourg. What does this mean ?? Nothing, if you don't live in either countries. But if you do, and if you get caught speeding on your motorcycle in either country, they can and will pursue you in the other country. Until recently, if you got caught speeding by one of the new digital radars, and you lived abroad, you did not have to worry. The ticket would be sent to your house, but they would never pursue. That's finished now. At least between France and Luxembourg. And it doesn't end there. They are now negotiating between different countries. United Kingdom, Belgium and The Netherlands will be next !! Not only will you have to pay the fine, but you also loose your license points !!
