Austrian Motorcycle Manufacturer, KTM, has joined forces with US based Polaris in a 2 year strategic partnership. KTM hope with this partnership to get a better presence in the North American market.
Polaris is buying 24% of the KTM shares. In selected European countries (Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia) the distribution of the POLARIS product range will be handled through KTM.
Both companies will join forces in the product development. KTM will supply Polaris with their engines, while KTM will assemble the Polaris ATVs in Austria.
So, guess we're getting a KTM ATV......
