It looks like the UK is looking at banning motorcycle pillion passengers under the age of 16 !! This after the accidental death of an eight year old pillion rider.
During 2003, 2 (two) motorcycle pillion passengers under the age of 16 died ! How many under 16 died in car crashes ?? Probably more ! Will they then ban under 16s from cars ?? Sounds like over-reacting to me.
