Milan: Triumph announces Thruxton 900 motorcycle 18 September 2003   File under  New Products Triumph   Author: Mike Werner   Location: Paris, France Amidst all the announcements at the Milan Motorcycle show, Triumph waited until things had calmed down and announced the Thruxton 900 cafe racer motorcycle. It is not the first time Triumph used the model name Thruxton, since they used to produce one in the 30's. Thruxton is the name of a racing circuit where Triumph had fond memories.... The Thruxton 900 is a Bonneville with an air cooled, inflated engine (from 790 cc to 865 cc).
