Next week Saturday (1st October) will see the Paris motorcycle show open its doors for the public until the 9th of October. Held every 2 years, alternating with the German Intermot, the Paris Mondial du Deux Roues is one of the biggest of its kind. This year's edition should not be any different, despite the lack of one world famous manufacturer, Ducati. All other big names are present and we can expect to see many of the recently announced motorcycles on display: - Moto Guzzi's Griso 1000
- Triumph's new Scrambler and Daytona 675
- BMW T800
- Kawasaki ZZ-R1300 and restyled ZX-10R and the ZX-14
- Suzuki B-King
- Aprilia's new Tuono R
- Yamaha's new R6 and FZ1
- Harley's new v-Rod
- Honda CBR 1000RR, CRF 250R and VFR 800
| plus all those others that have been able to escape the press attention and hopefully will create surprises at the show. (Click here to consult the list of exhibitors) And of course we'll see many new helmets, many of them equipped with Bluetooth, HUD technology and other interesting high-tech gadgets. We will be attending this event on Friday the 30th during press day, so expect a lot of photos on Friday night (European time). Who knows, maybe there's something out there that nobody has seen yet..... Click here to access the organizer's website (and order your tickets in advance)
