I've received several emails of people who are planning to follow the Dakar race on their own motorcycle. They are asking me to go with them, or if I know others who want to do similar.
First, I'm not going to follow again. I'm getting to old for this kind of shit.
Secondly, hence this small posting, I'll try to put people together who want to follow the mythical race on their own motorcycle.
It makes a lot of sense to form a group to follow the Dakar race. You do have a lot of "dangers" and problems to overcome, like riding through the desert, etc. Forming a group is one smart way of minimizing them.
So if you are thinking about following the Dakar race on your motorcycle, send me an email (Contact in the above menu bar). I'll forward your email to the others. I'm not planning to moderate or assist in the planning. That's up to you folks to do. I'll just put you together.
