Marcus Kingma from OliePeil Breaks Record 9 October 2006   File under  Records   Author: Mike Werner   Location: Travelling Marcus "McKing" Kingma from the Dutch motorcycle blogsite Oliepeil.nl broke a long distance record. In 24 hours he managed to ride through 15 European countries, bridging a total distance of 2324 kilometers in a day on his Yamaha FJR1300AS motorcycle. Arriving in The Netherlands, he was escorted by fans and Police on motorcycles to the parking where he was interviewed for the RTL TV station and the Telegraaf newspaper. Congratulations Marcus !
