RaceTaylorMade.com is a small motorcycle engineering company with two top notch motorcycle designers. British born Paul Taylor, uses his motorcycle racing background to design special items like rear-mounted radiators, front center air induction (as the Honda SP1) and more importantly carbon-fibre mufflers. John Keogh, also British, has been part of several design teams, amongst others Triumph and Buell (Firebolt XB9 to name but one), and puts a unique styling in their products. John also produces illustrations for motorcycle magazines, the kind you often see if there are no photos available, or "what-if" illustrations. He did this Benelli all-road motorcycle which really looks the "business". That looks like a motorcycle I would like to have.... You can order some of John's limited edition prints of his works on-line.... Some of their products include under-seat mufflers for sportsbikes such as Yamaha, Kawasaki, Aprilia and Suzuki. Using Cool Ceramic Technology (CCT), they can not only offer a minimum heat build-up (quite important if the exhaust is below you under your seat), but also increased horsepower and less weight. In the Suzuki GSX R1000 example on your right, you'd gain 4 bhp more, loose 3.6 Kgs and protect your exhaust in case of a crash (or just letting it drop). You don't have to worry about heating up thanks to the ceramic technology used. Also, since the exhaust is now in the middle, your motorcycle balance and aerodynamic is improved. And not least, the looks of your sportsmotorcycle will have greatly increased as well. Their website has Dyno graphs so you can see the added advantage their exhaust system will bring to you. Price: US$ 1299. Click here to access their website.
