Anyone Know of an Electric Off-road Motorcycle ?

I've been seriously contemplating buying an electric motorcycle that I can use for running around Normandy, and for going off-road. So far the only one I can find that's in production is the Blade (see photo).

I've written about them previously {link}, but the more I research, the more I see they are the only ones out there with a production unit.

There are several "home-made" electric motorcycles, and several other electric motorcycles (like the eCycle) and scooters, but there seems to be only one off-road motorcycle.

So does anyone know of an electric off-road motorcycle ??

Manufacturers, if you're planning one, or have one in prototype or design stage, please contact me. I tried contacting Blade's European dealer, but so far no response.....

Personally, I'd say the electric motorcycle has a future. With gas prices going through the roof, pollution, ban on off-road riding due to noise, etc., I for one would really like to see these ecological motorcycles start becoming main stream.
