Two passionate motorcycle riders are looking at competing in the gruelling Paris-Dakar race next year (starts January the 1st). That on its own is pretty brave since the race is one of the toughest races around. But these two want to compete against KTMs, Kawasaki and BMWs riding on a Harley Davidson ! And not just any kind of Harley, a v-Rod with sidecar !! All jokes aside about riding Harleys, this sounds like an incredible adventure. They have been training in other races, but have never ridden the Dakar. The problem is that running the Dakar race is EXPENSIVE. What used to be a race for amateurs has turned in to a highly polished, professional, race. And to compete in it, you need money, a lot of money! So the American driver Scott Whitney, and his Belgium passenger Udo Dederichs are looking to top of their sponsorship money. So if you're looking at getting some high exposure publicity, contact them (see web link below). But their biggest problem is that they need to fork out their money by THIS SATURDAY !! So better hurry.... Click here to visit the website.
