While waiting for the Ducati conference to start, I walked around the place to get a feel for it. It's BIG !
To give you an idea, I stood in the center of the exhibition, outside, and took two photos, one to the front, and one to the rear.
That's from the front (you can't see the beginning).
...and here's from the rear. Put them together, and you'll get an idea how big it is.
Here's a view from the very big conference center. Many of the press conferences will be given here.
Ducati were holding several meetings, the largest being the Ducati User Groups from all over the world. All of them geared out on Ducati freebees...
All of the Ducati folks were congregating to the central conference hall. There were several small conference rooms used by Ducati for special conferences, such as MotoGP, Superbike, etc. Nice setup !
The motorcycle parking space was already overflowing, and that was from the stand people. So you can imagine what it'll be like during public days. This is an overflow. It's at this point the Police came and escorted me back to the press conference, since they didn't want any photographers wandering around, taking photos of "top secret" military installations....oh well..... James Bond, move over !
