It's not only powerful Ferrari engines {link} that can be put on a motorcycle as we all know. There've been quite some nice custom built motorcycles in the USA featuring American V8 engines. Here's a really sleek one. It belongs to Gerry Potts (he's opening a dealership for these in Buford, Ga, USA coming January), and was built by Stan Hughes in Oklahoma. The motorcycle uses a 350 small block Chevy engine, with a single speed auto. The whole thing weights 920 pounds. The rear tire is a 240 Metzeler (front uses a 120/70-20). Gerry has had the bike for a year and half, and has already done 9000 miles. Although I'm not someone who have one, I do admire the beauty in them. I find them sleek and sexy. I wouldn't however want to RTWRound The World on one...
