July 2nd to the 4th 2010 will see BMW's annual biker bash at Garmisch-Partenkirchen  , the BMW Motorrad Days. It is also the birthday of the mythic model of BMW, the GS dual-purpose motorcycle, and to mark the event, BMW will be honoring this well-sold motorcycle at the biker party.
You'll be able to see the models over the years, starting in 1980 (the famous BMW R80G/S). For those that have never been on a GS, BMW will offer a training on a GS at the 10,000 m3 BMW Enduro Park. There will also be the BMW 450X and Husqvarna models to play in the dirt and mud.
On Friday there's a lottery enabling you to win a F800GS and on Saturday, you can win a R1200GS. There are also several guided tours available in the breathtaking mountains around Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
As usual, you'll find Chris Pfeiffer entertaining spectators with his award winning stunts, and you'll also get a chance to meet the Superbike BMW Team racers Troy Corser and Ruben Xaus. The BMW Concept motorcycle, the "Concept 6" will also make an appearance.
