Normal police cars are often enough not fast to keep up with modern super sports motorcycles, or even normal motorcycles can out run and out maneuver a standard police car. That's why many police forces around the globe have pressed into service supercars, giving them very fast speeds, acceleration and maneuverability. Take a look at what you'll find in for example the South Korean Police garage: A Ferrari F430, a Porsche 911 and a Lambo Gallardo. Not bad. But there are many more like this all around the world. Many aren't used for patrolling the streets, but then, some are. Often the supercars are confiscated from drug lords, so don't cost the taxpayers any money (apart from petrol and maintenance). Here are 22 police cars from around the world, that aren't standard issue. Country: UK Manufacturer: Caparo Model: T1 RRV Speed: ?
