24 Hours Of Le Mans 2011 Motorcycle Race - The Photos

For those of you who followed the 24 Hours of Le Mans

motorcycle endurance race, either at the track or watching it on your TV or computer (for the first time they broadcasted the whole race live on the internet, for free), you'll have seen that it was a great race.

Lots of action, almost like a 24 hour long SuperBike race. I particularly liked the night portion. Seeing the motorcycles on a dark track using their own lights, supplemented with side light so you could identify the motorcycles was very entertaining. Maybe that an idea that the MotoGP world should look into?

Anyway, here are some photos of the race. At the bottom of this article, there's a video taken by one of the pit crew of the Honda TT Legends

crew (the team - John McGuinness, Cameron Donald and Keith Amor - TT of the Isle of Man winners. They finished in 5th place.). It's from the start of the race.
