These kind of figures are astounding! Astronomical! If you say it quickly, it just doesn't register. Imagine, in one month (August) the police seized 93,000 motorcycles in Cambodia  .
What's worse if you read the reasons they were confiscated. Some 40,000 were taken off the road because they had no mirrors!!!! 39,000 were taken because the rider didn't have a helmet.
The authorities issued safety statistics, stating that road fatalities are down 15% during August. That's easy to say, if you want it to have 0 deaths on the road, just impound ALL vehicles.
