	A New German Motorcycle Manufacturer Coming 19 May 2010   File under  New Products   Author: Mike Werner   Location: Normandy, France BMW have held their dominant motorcycle manufacturer position in Germany for a very long time. With the demise of MZ, they are now the "de facto" motorcycle manufacturer in the country of bratwurst and beer. But not for long. A new motorcycle manufacturer (simply called at this moment Das-Neue-Motorrad - the new motorcycle) has presented itself in Germany. Nothing is known about them, except that they will be launching next month. They've got a web site (in German), with a few phrases of text, and motorcycle silhouette, and that's it. If the drawing is anything to go by with, the new motorcycle looks like a cross between and sportsbike and a cruiser. It does look like it would have a large capacity engine, or maybe even an electric one, so it's aimed at a more affluent market. They will be feeding information drip wise, the next update will be on the 20th of the month, followed by the 27th, then 3rd of June and then finally on the 10th. We'll keep you posted.
