Since this ad originated from an advertising school (Brother Ad School) in Buenos Aires, Argentina, I do not think that you can head over to the local Harley-Davidson motorcycle shop and order your own Harley Fan.
But the idea is not bad. Maybe Harley will actually merchandise a product like this. Feel the wind in your face, listen to the road of the Harley motorcycle sound, but never leave the seat of your office chair, or TV sofa.
Harley already merchandise ceiling fans, so it's a little step...
Would you buy one? I probably would... just for fun.
