Print advertisements that combine motorcycles and gadgets, specially the loved iPhone, are rare. This is actually funny. It's from the TBWA/Yehoshua agency in Israel, and its for the Maccabi Healthcare Service  iPhone app.
It's actually an interesting iPhone app if you read more about it (using good old Google Translate). The app allows you to find the right doctor for you, and to make an appointment. You can even read your lab results on the app. Why do other countries not offer this???
