Often movies can become so popular within the motorcycle community, that before you can say "Stimulus Package", customized motorcycles with that movie theme can be seen parked in front of the local Starbucks. Funny enough, it's not motorcycle movies that set of the customization craze. No motorcycles can be seen with a Che Guevarra theme, or a John Travolta head (from Hog Wild). One movie that seems to be very popular with the customization crowd is the "Alien vs Predator " movie. Take this "Alien" Motorcycle. That is a work of love. Apparently, it lives in Thailand and the motorcycle is a Yamaha LC135, though you wouldn't say that when you see it {Link }. Here's the counterpart of the movie, the Predator. Again, it's a "simple" Yamaha Nouvo LC from Thailand (I think). But you don't need to go to Asia to see motorcycles customized to the movie theme. The USA has its own fair share: This Predator bike was shown at the Moto Mania show in Dalton, Georgia, USA {Link }. The bike looks like it's a Hayabusa, but I could be wrong (I often am). © Press Photo/Paul L. Newby II | This Predator motorcycle was shown by Larry "Bimbo" Pratt in Michigan at the West Michigan Motorcycle Show {Link }. It's a custom based on the S&S 145 Tribute engine, and is valued at US$80,000. Of course, you get 300 hp with that. I'm sure there are many more out there. Once you go to good old Google, you'll notice many more. It's not my cup of tea, but I am impressed by the work that has gone into these "monsters".
