Talk about persistence! Police officers in China stopped a motorcycle for being overloaded. But when the motorcycle stopped, the Police officers had the shock of their lives. Not only where there too many passengers, but the rider had NO ARMS.
Liu, the rider, is 27 years old. When he was 7 he lost both arms in an electric shock. At the age of 10, his parents sent him to a circus to learns skills, enabling him to cope with life with no arms. Well.. he learned very well. For the last 10 years he has been riding a motorcycle without any arms. He has adapted the motorcycle to allow him to ride.
Very un-sportmanship from the Police officers, they didn't fine him, but got Liu to promise not to ride anymore.
Personally, I think he should ride. If he has been riding for 10 years, even transporting multiple people on his motorcycle, it means he knows how to ride.
