Motorcycle riders are not happy, and they should be happy. More and more countries are making our lives impossible, piling up regulations, repressing us on the roads, and in general make our lives miserable. Throw on top of that a bunch of technocrats in Brussels who can think of nothing better to do then make strange and often stupid laws for all of Europe, and you get anarchy. France is known for its motorcycle protests, but now it's its neighbor, Belgium, who is taking to the roads. The Belgium Association of Angry Bikers (FBMC ), with help of the French FFMC , is planning an all-out motorcycle protest ride on April 28th. Obviously, motorcycle protests are important, since it makes politicians notice a small group of people, but this one is slightly more important, since Brussels is where the European Parliament resides, and that is the place politicians earn the big bucks making laws that part us from our money, so that it can go in their pockets. The FBMC wants to highlight the fight of the proposed European laws, and on the national front, they want to government to update the road infrastructure, which is one of the poorest and unsafest in Europe. So if you live close to Belgium, why not mark the date in your calendar and participate. On the above poster you see the meeting points and times. They are fighting not only for their own interest, but also for ours.
