When there's not much money, nor traffic situations, I guess a motorcycle ambulance is the best thing you can have to bring your patients to the hospital. But somehow, I wouldn't really want to be on this motorcycle ambulance (picture taken in Cambodia):
At least the nurse travels with you. And what's with the jacket under the bike?
The rider gets the helmet, the patient and nurse don't....
