Guillaume Depardieu  , son of the famous French actor Gerard Depardieu , had already lost one leg after a motorcycle accident. It got amputated 2 years after the accident due to a persistent infection.
Then, the enfant terrible, got caught drinking and riding. Now he got caught drinking while riding his motorcycle, again. This annoyed the judge, and has sent the actor to prison for two months (not like some female stars in the USA, we will not mention them, but you know who we mean, this is a firm two months in a real prison).
The stupid thing is that a) he had 2 grams/liter of high octane booze in the system (4 times the legal limit) and b) neither he nor his lawyer showed up for the trial, and have declared they going to appeal.
That's some balls on this guy. He could end up even longer in prison. The fact that his famous father has a winery might be the root cause...
