Not exactly an earth shattering headline is it? Motorcycles are stolen 1000's of times per day, everywhere in the world. But this one got stolen in an original way, and it took 5 years to do it.

Zhang is an assembly line worker in a motorcycle factory in China. Despite the fact that he makes motorcycles, he doesn't own one, and that was not the idea. Zhang loves motorcycles, and he wants one.

So Zhang started bringing home parts he stole at the factory. Part by part, he managed over five years to steal the complete motorcycle and assemble it at home. Finally, after five long years, he went out on the road with his brand new motorcycle, and promptly got pulled over by the local cops. Since Zhang not only didn't have a driving license, worse, he obviously didn't have any papers for the motorcycle, he lost the bike, got fined £440, got probation for a year, and was told to go back to work.

At least he wasn't fired. That should teach the manufacturer a lesson or two. They should either hire only employees who hate bikes, or sell it to them at a reasonable price.
