If ever there was a good term to describe this motorcycle and sidecar, it's cool, if not cold. Better: Ice Cold.... The motorcycle sidecar combo is part of the Cool Cycles Ice Cream Co's offering. The company has a franchise system allowing you, for not that much money, to become an independent operator of these motorcycles with a ice cream freezer unit built into the sidecar. Initially, the motorcycle sidecar combo was based on a Ural sidecar, but they have settled on a Honda 750 Shadow and a Harley-Davidson 883 Sportster. The franchise, costing you US$39,000 (including the bike, training and fees), will allow you to ride your motorcycle through neighborhoods, or to special events (like the MotoGP...) and sell the 600 ice creams stocked in the sidecar. Not a bad deal. It keeps you riding, it makes kids (and adults) happy, you get to see the "world" and you get to make an honest buck or two. The only real problem I foresee is that I'd eat most of the stock before I get a chance to sell it. Click here to read more about it, or to become a franchiser (turn your PC volume down).
