This is crazy! In Belgium  , the Police get to keep the money raised from speeding and parking fines. They've gotten so much money, they don't know what to do with it.
In fact, they bought several Police motorcycles, but the motorcycles are not being used and are sitting in the garage! Why ? Because they don't have the officers to ride them! Well, at least they have the motorcycles!
If this wasn't scandalous it would be funny. They've started using the money to place more speed cameras, generating even more money they don't know what to do with.
