Simon "Si" Pavey  , the Australian Dakar veteran and head of the BMW Off Road Skills School in the UK, is preparing for his next Dakar motorcycle rally.
As we probably all know by now, a large part of the race is held in the Chilean desert, with some very deep sand. So, with the usual attention to details from Pavey, he's preparing until the last minute before flying out to Argentina to take part at the start.
