Spanish motorcycle manufacturer, Derbi  , launched a restyled motorcycle destined for dual-sport long distance riding. The Derbi Terra Adventure 125 is based on Derbi's Terra motorcycle, with some changes.

The Terra Adventure receives dirt tires, optional panniers, hand guards, bigger wind screen, larger bash plate and bigger wheels:
At the heart of the 125cc Terra Adventure is Derbi's new 4T 4V, Euro 3 compatible engine.
The 125 cc engine has a liquid cooling system, carburetor and with its 11 liter fuel tank (includes the 2.5 liter reserve), weighs 117 kilos.
Though 11 liters will not get you very far, even on a 125 cc, 117 kilos is a nice weight to ride in the sand. The redesigned handlebar come complete with a GPS mount.
Since the bike is a 125 cc with less then 15 hp, you can ride it with a car license as long as you've had the license for 2 years (for most European countries). So anyone can follow the Dynamic Duo (Ewan McGregor and Charlie Boorman) on a trip through Africa (minus the support cars).
For a 125 this is quite a smart motorcycle. It looks rugged and should be able to withstand a shock or two.
So if you're not allowed to ride a big motorcycle, and still want to play in the big sandbox, here's your chance. Or use it to ride up and down the strip... but make sure there's a lot of dust and mud on it...
