 If it's not electrical, it's diesel motorcycles. We're no longer happy with normal gas-guzzling motorcycles. An Oakland group called The Crucible tested a motorcycle that runs on biodiesel. They managed to ride it up to 130 mph, and they hope shortly to be able to run at 160 mph. The motorcycle itself is called "Die Bike" (for DIEsel Bike), and believe it or not, it's street legal. Michael Sturtz (Founder of The Crucible) developed this very fast diesel motorcycle using a BMW 320D car engine. After $20,000 and 6 months, he now has a motorcycle that runs on any type of diesel, be it normal diesel, or vegetable oil. You can see the diesel motorcycle in action in the following video: Maybe there's a future for diesel motorcycles, but I think it'll be a while before we see diesel MotoGP motorcycle...
