Ducati CEO, Frederico Minoli, is one of those rare CEOs; visionary, outspoken and knows how to play in today's times. He spent the last 11 years building an excellent company with real motorcycles that people really want! Just look at the success they've had in the last year, with the 1098 and the Hypermotard. Look at the success the Ducati has in the MotoGP....
He has used the internet the way it should be. His own blog (Desmoblog) is one of the most popular motorcycle blogs on the internet.
Since the company that owns Ducati have sold their shares, Minoli has been asked to step aside. Big mistake.. those are shoes that are going to be very difficult to fill. Frederico is one of the few people who really knows what CEO stands for... and it's not Chief Executive Officer, but for him it's a reminder of his priorities; Customers, Employees, Owner!!
Minoli announced his decision in a video. Again, Here's a CEO who knows how to use the latest technology!

It's a sad day for Ducati, and for us motorcyclists in general. You'll be missed in this industry Frederico (I'm presuming you have non-competition clauses in your contract). Damn, I'm sad!
