Ducati has changed hands, again, and again, and again. Although the Italian motorcycle manufacturer is doing well financially, it keeps changing hands. This time it's 3 of the main shareholders who have created a new company that has bought the remaining shares in Ducati. Obviously it'll not have any effects on the motorcycles they produce for the time being, but it can't be good for employee moral. Many top people have already left, but still they produce top notch designed motorcycles. It reminds me of the time I used to work for Raytheon when they went through many management changes. The standing joke there was "I'm going to lunch, if my boss calls, write down his name!".
